Blistering Online Review – Is There A Better Way To Make Money Online?

I have a secret to tell you.  I want to quit my job and work online full time.  Given that, I am searching the internet for products, services or platforms that will help me along with my journey.  Today I want to take a look at Blistering Online and give you my prognosis on this program. Is it a scam, is it legit, well let’s take a look and see.

I told you in the intro, I am on a journey to make a full-time living online.  One way to do that is to check out products that claim to help you do just that.  I came across Blistering recently and decided to check it out for myself.  It was only $12.95 so how bad could this really hurt?

I decided I wanted to give this program a shot and I was all ready to log into my PayPal account and take the plunge.  Well, I did take the plunge, but not until after all of the upsell screens interfered with my buying experience.  One after another, they came like a microburst monsoon storm in the desert southwest.  More on the upsells in a bit.

Product name: Blistering Online
Price: $12.95 with LOTS of upsells
Owner: Jason Fulton and Mosh Bari

What exactly is Blistering Online?

The first thing they talk about is making all this cash in a hurry.  Now, that SCARES me.  When anyone talks about making money fast, I usually run the other way as quickly as I can.  My experience in life is that money doesn’t come easy, and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

BUT, I wanted to give this a chance and see what the program was all about, after all, I was only on the hook for $12.95.

I will explain the gist of the program, so hang in there with me for a bit.  High level, this is about using the plugin that they have built, to direct “Buying Traffic” to your “Bonus” page. A bonus page is basically offering a bonus that complements a product launch.  You find a good product launch, and then you add a bonus that complements this product.  That, in a nutshell, is what this program is about.

Then they teach you how to employ this process, by using different methods.  Each of these methods is very similar in what they do.  You contact the owner of a product launch, preferably before the product has been launched, and you offer your services to help them through the launch.

Typically when a product is launched, there will be questions.  Questions, about how the product works, technical issues, product not received, questions about options, and so on.  Your job is to contact the owner of the product and basically offer your help with support tickets.

Now, you have to know the product inside and out, to be able to answer questions about the product if you are going to help people with it.  Therefore, you get your hands on a copy, in advance if possible, become a guru for that product and then offer to help with the support tickets.

When a new product is released, there are a LOT of support tickets, and sometimes the owner can’t keep up.  If you are able to offer your assistance to the owner, that can make the owner very happy, and life is good.  If you are able to offer help to the customers, then the customer is happy, and life is good.  This seems like a perfect match right?  Everyone is happy.

How to get paid

For your services, you make an arrangement with the product owner, as to how you will be compensated for helping out.  After all, you didn’t just do this out of the kindness of your heart.  You want to GET PAID.

There are some different ways to get paid.  You can operate an hourly agreement, you can get paid by the number of tickets, etc.  There is also another way to get paid, and this is where things get a little murky for me.  You offer the seller your services for free IF they allow you to sign the support ticket back to the customer with your signature link.  Now, this signature link might be a link to a Fiverr offer, or whatever you choose, but you have to work that out with the vendor first.

Then, when someone clicks on the link in your email response, they are directed to one of the Bonus Pages that you built using the Blistering Online plugin.  This bonus page, of course, has your affiliate links.

Other ways to get paid

Other ways they teach you to get paid, are to manage the Facebook page for the seller or create one for them.  Maybe the seller doesn’t have the capacity to create and/or manage a FB page.  In this regard, you are adding value to the seller and the customers.  A lot of customers will turn to the FB page for questions, complaints or answers to the product they bought.

This is how you kind of wiggle your way in.  People find you super knowledgeable, and you helped them out with the customer service issue for the product they purchased, so now they want to join your network.  Once they do that, you are able to hit them up with offers, etc., which again, lead to your “Bonus Page.”

That is the short version of how the program works.

Wait what about the upsells?

Oh yeah, how could I forget? Well, I didn’t forget, just haven’t gotten that far yet.  When I was in the process of trying to spend my hard earned $12.95 on this product, it was like “but wait there’s more” all over the place.  They basically tell you that you can start earning money in a matter of hours and here is how.

You sign up for all the “DFY” which is Done For You upsells that they offer.  The thing that really got to me is that when you decline the offer on one page, they immediately reduce the price and offer it again.  So, that $47 add-on is now only $27, so you are a sucker if you paid full price for it.

Upsell, upsell, upsell

After a series of literally 20 screens, you finally get to the point where you can make your purchase.  They have warnings all along that tell you without the upsells you have to figure everything out yourself, but with the upsell, they do it all for you.  They make it sound like you they can’t guarantee your success, but they can make things work a LOT better if you buy everything they have to offer.

A look inside Blistering Online

Inside the member area, you will see a dashboard pictured below. You can walk through the training on the left-hand side and consists of topics like:

  • How Blistering Works
  • Bonus Page Builder Plugin
  • Blistering Buyer Traffic In Easy Steps
  • Upgrades

And so on.  In the intro video they use a lot of the following:

  • “Profits happen in minutes.”
  • “Hands down THE fastest way to make LARGE amounts of money online.
  • Make money on a daily basis, just a few minutes per day with zero experience, skills or budget
  • Copy and paste method
  • Make ongoing profits in just a few hours
  • 3 easy steps to get to your Freedom Income level

These are always the things I am skeptical with as far as any earning money online system goes.

Okay, so along the sidebar is where the training area lies, but they also have live training sessions.  These live sessions are not recorded, so you can not go back and watch them later, which is a bummer.

There is also email support, and they reply within 24 hours.

Some things I do like about Blistering Online

Mosh does touch on a concept that I do agree with 100%.  He talks about solving problems for people instead of selling to them. I definitely agree with this principle.  If you are helping people solve a problem, you are going to build trust, which will lead to sales.  So this message is definitely legit.

Is Blistering online a scam?

So, at the end of the day, I don’t believe this to be a scam, but I don’t recommend this program either.  I think when you are building out a website, your time is much better spent building content for your website.  The process of tracking down a vendor who is launching a product, contacting them (if they want to be contacted), making payment arrangements, sounds like an awful lot of work, for what might be short-term traffic.

Is there a better way?

I would much rather spend my time building out a website that will prove to be a winner over time.  That said, I believe the best way is to build something yourself from the ground up.  I am currently on this journey and have found a fantastic platform that is helping me along the way.  For more information, please click on this link and you can check out my Wealthy Affiliate review.

Wealthy Affiliate is the platform I have found to start building my online business.  Wealthy Affiliate provides the training and support you need to create a thriving online business.  The best part is you can start for free.

That’s right, $0 to start and check out the program.  With a free starter account you can actually build a website, get started on the lessons, and there is a community of like-minded people to help you along the way.

You can build an online business and not have to rely on little tricks or other people, you can make it yourself and watch it grow.

I have learned so much in my time at Wealthy Affiliate, and I encourage you to check it out and set up a free account.  Yes, there is an upgraded membership option available to you, but you don’t have to touch your wallet until you decide this is 100% for you.

I will help you along the way, and we can do this together.

If you have any questions or comments, please leave them below, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for taking some time out of your day to stop by.
